I was given a smoking room on the third floor i don't smoke the bed was lumpy, and the aroma of smoke just filled the air which was horrible.

Front desk hardly ever had someone there. They never really answered the phone. I had a hard time with them finding my stay. Staff should have been more attentive. Towels need to be replaced. I had to go buy some. They have been worn and some with stains. Overall the stay was fair.

The service during the check in process is a little bit different, but we went during COVID so i didn’t expect much. The overall cleanliness and comfort definitely could have been better.

Staff was wonderful my room was excellent I really did enjoy that it was really really quiet

There was no shower curtain the complete week i was there not one day did housekkepin come i booked a smoking room and was told if i smoked it was a 250 dollar fine customer service was poor
