When I arrived it was after hours. The staff was great and helpful, even with it being so late. They helped me get situated and it was very simple and calm. The room was fine and served it’s purpose, but the staff were the best I’ve dealt with on a cross country trip and made Louisiana welcoming.

Awesome customers service They customers service Rep was so nice and polite even do she had to give me a different room becuz the door wouldn't unlock if I come back in town again I will get a room again there it was clean and I would like to speak highly of customer service she kept it professional even though it was busy

The room had a kitchenette but no cooking utensils. Defeated the purpose of having one. No coffee maker, no iron/ironing board. If I just needed a place to sleep I could have gone a cheaper route.
