The office is closed after a set scheduled time. I wasn’t aware of this before arrival. It just made for extra steps that were not anticipated on a long day of travel.

Friendly staff, they are very nice and professional!! Everyone deserves a raise because they all went above and beyond to ensure that the room was clean and nice. They also helped getting luggage in the door.
No hot water...there was garbage in the hallways which made the hallways smell like a dumpster..TV kept going in and out..

Minor Inconveniences but Otherwise Okay The room was clean and the guests and staff were friendly. However, there was no elevator and there was no hot water at the time. I understand that the elevator had been out for quite a while..I would stay again if necessary.

No soap in the bathroom and no mention of $100 deposit is crazy
