Awesome customers service They customers service Rep was so nice and polite even do she had to give me a different room becuz the door wouldn't unlock if I come back in town again I will get a room again there it was clean and I would like to speak highly of customer service she kept it professional even though it was busy

The room had a kitchenette but no cooking utensils. Defeated the purpose of having one. No coffee maker, no iron/ironing board. If I just needed a place to sleep I could have gone a cheaper route.

Great location, needs cleaning!!! Not my worst stay at a hotel, but definitely not the best. The motel could use a thorough cleaning. The smell of cigarette smoke hits you as soon as you enter past check in. The beds weren’t comfortable. Found a dead roach in the refrigerator. Great location. Staff was nice. I would consider staying again just because of the location.

This was not my typical trip, there was a family medical emergency. This property is really set up more for longer term status than for overnight guests. They did accommodate a late reservation change and that was appreciated considering the medical emergency .

You get what you pay for. You get what you pay for. I was in town to work construction so the weekly rate was cheap that's why I picked it. It was nice to have a full refrigerator. The room was a nice size and worked for what I needed it. Not very clean but not horrible. No issues with staff or other tenants. Over 40 TV channels. I stayed for 2 weeks.
