This place states NON smoking. Which is why i chose it. I have allergies to cigarette smoke. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and the elevator was the worst. It is not very clean. And its so noisy. I didnt stay my whole time and was not refunded the days i sis not stay
Very Fraudulent, Very Rude! This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a stay at Extended Stay America Shreveport through Hotels.com for Aug. 29–31 to attend a funeral.
