This place was horrible. Rooms smelled, roaches in my room, messed up furniture, sheets were dirty, faucet falling apart, people smoke in the stairways. I would not stay there again.

Ive stayed at property and decided to stay again based off the experience I had. 👎I was woken up out of my sleep by a noisy neighbor who decided it was ok to blast her music at 7:30 am in the morning!!!!!!!!! I politely knocked on her door to turn it down and she was very disrespectful and rude and her room smelled like weed. . I had to call the police for them to de-escalate the problem. Once from desk staff got in I told them of the complaint. No apology or anything. Smh

This was the worst ESA I have ever stayed at. We stayed 8 days and toilet had to be plunged everyday then on the 4th day we woke up to an overflowed toilet with water all over the floor. We were moved to another room that was infested with roaches, t.v. Didnt work. Tub was clogged with brown stuff coming up out the drain. The staff was really helpful through it all. They worked with thy had. Cooperate need to overhaul that whole property. The employees there should not have to work under those conditions.

This place states NON smoking. Which is why i chose it. I have allergies to cigarette smoke. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and the elevator was the worst. It is not very clean. And its so noisy. I didnt stay my whole time and was not refunded the days i sis not stay
