Very Fraudulent, Very Rude! This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a stay at Extended Stay America Shreveport through Hotels.com for Aug. 29–31 to attend a funeral. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT..Room broken microwave door hanging on, rusted fridge, broken springs on bed. Cabinet drawer broken, doors sealed shut, POT smell everywhere!! Doors all proped open nothing protected to your room.

The lady behind the desk told me that they were over booked after I paid my money and then she turned around and said because I was to late then she told me then she turned around and sad some room was damaged from a fire. By then I turned around and walked away. I had to sleep in my car

The front desk staff was professional with check-in they accommodated us the best they could with what they had to work with. The cleaning lady had to fix the toilet seat with the attachments. The appliances in the room were all broken or dysfunctional. Phone did not work, remote did not work, refrigerator needed Freon and the microwave had the wrong turntable in it because it did not spin. Probably the worst room on the floor.

Got to hotel and was given key and someone was in the room they sent us too. Left and booked a different hotel because they said there was no more rooms.
