The hotel was close to the Casino. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Everything was what I expected.

Great for the price Hotel is clean and new. No amenities to speak of but you get what you pay for. I have no complaints about this hotel except the hallways smell like a bar. Haha

Mediocre at best No one on staff in the evenings. Beds are on iron rails...not worth the nightly rate!

good place to stay for an inexpensive night or week. staff was helpful and friendly. room was clean except toilet had a ring that need cleaning. beds were very comfortable good neighborhood and close to everything

Value Place pays attention to detail Value-Place always exceeds my expectations when I book a weekly stay property. I was an In Town suites customer and have been since we started our two year journey. In Town was starting to fail and Value Place stepped up to become my favorite extended stay property.I could write an essay about the subtle differences, both pro and con, but that's another day.
