Incredible customer service Dealt with 3 different people at the front desk at different times. All 3 were incredibly helpful and very nice. I really enjoyed the customer service. I did have some issues with the room but when I told them about it it was fixed immediately. This hotel is the best one you will get in this price range.

The best As usual Extended Stay America proved that it is the best for the buck. Wish there were more of them where we travel.

Supplies limited, overall good stay We reserved a queen bed regular room got a double bed handicap room, had to ask for the kitchen ware, didn't get a toaster or coffee pot, and didn't get a sharp knife only butter knives. Though they were accommodating with what they had. Overall it was a good stay, they are just not supplied well for an extended stay hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was awesome. Since I had seen other reviews I brought my own cereal and milk. The only flaw I had was no brochures on the area. That would have been nice.

The room was clean. The kitchen did not have dishes or cooking equipment. A nice bathtub but the shower did not work well. The tv channels were very limited.
