Door handles kept coming off, wasn’t clean by the refrigerator crumbs everywhere, only gave us 2 towels

This property is definitely for those who wish an extended stay. No coffee maker in the room and no free breakfast. For a non-smoking property, there was the smell of smoke upon entering the property. The bed was extremely firm and I had difficulty sleeping. The property was very quiet at night. So, if you're looking for a short stay with more amenities, this is not the place for you..

Very nice and clean facility The room in the facility was immaculate. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

It was a very nice hotel with a great staff, i loved the kitchen in the hotel room! The only thing that would have made it better was a pool.

Bed not completely made pillows stacked at foot of bed without cases. I didn’t use them anyway but some other guest may have.

Springfield Very basic...didnt smell clean!

All the bad things about the Ozarks in one hotel.. Missing smoke detector in room, windows that wouldn’t lock, unattached screens. Dumpster full of molding mattresses out the window. The front door is well guarded by employees on their smoke breaks. Not family friendly as the WiFi is awful and there is no pool. We couldn’t even connect to the upgraded WiFi for $5 a day. Seemed like there were quite a few families living in the hotel.
