Friendly service. Quiet location. Unfortunately, my room was not fully cleaned when I checked in. The kitchen floor was sticky, there was bread left in the cabinets, and there was food splattered on the exterior of the bathroom door like something had been thrown against it. I usually love this place but I was a little disappointed this visit.

To pricey for no room service. I needed a place close to and easy access to Cox Health Center and it was.

Place to sleep Was tolerable for the price. Internet was down, so they could not bill, I could not access my email or news. A little disappointing.
I approve Aside from a mixup at the very start (which was handled professionally, promptly, and personably) everything was perfect. No undesired knocking or phone calls, everything was clean, and quick delivery of requests from the available supplies. Also, they will provide things like dishes and kitchen supplies.

Did not meet expectations I booked this hotel because it was lower in price and looked nice. I asked for a "non-smoking" room. The front desk and online state that all rooms are smoke free. However, upon entering our room, I was met with a strong cigarette smoke smell. We concluded that the sheets were what was making the smell. The windows didn't open well. Wouldn't latch back down. Front of A/C unit wouldn't re-latch after falling out. Window and A/C unit were "known" issues that had yet to be resolved. Cabinets had left-o... read more
Do not extend your stay There were no forks, the beds hard and uncomfortable. There was no hairdryer, no coffee pot?!
