was okay to stay in Was a clean room and a great rate. No problems.
Great Value!!! This is a "gift" for the money. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very spacious and clean enough. Great kitchen. Easy access to freeway. This was my first time at an Extended Stay Hotel. I will now look for others when traveling..... Very Impressed !!!
VERY COMFORTABLE Spent 2 nights at the Extended Stay America in O'Fallon, IL Very surprised how great everything was for it to be so inexpensive! On check-in, the two gals at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was very nice also. The room was very comfortable. Since we had a small kitchenette in our room, we made our own breakfast; however, the "on-the-go" breakfast the hotel offered would have been sufficient for us. We are now going to try the same chain in Waco, Tx. Hope we won't be disappointed.

Brighten up Receptionists Great Hotel, given wrong rooms which had not been cleaned. had to change. Very ordinary breakfast.

offered more than i expected I WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS HOTEL AT ALL BUT THOUGHT I WOULD TAKE A CHANCE ON IT BECAUSE MY SON LIVES VERY CLOSE TO IT, SO I THOUGHT IT WAS CONVENIENT. IT WAS EASY TO FIND AND THE STAFF, EVEN THO WE ARRIVED VERY LATE IN THE EVENING WAS AT THE DESK AND HAD ALL OUR INFO READY TO GO. WE ALSO FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY INFORMATIVE. BUT WHEN WE REACHED OUR ROOM WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE AMENITIES IT WAS MUCH MORE THAN WE HAD EXPECTED, IT HAD A FULL STUDIO KITCHEN! MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT... read more
Good value... Comfortable, roomy...parking limited.
good value hotel Only stayed 2 nights. Very clean, and bonus of cooking facilities. A little surprised that no shampoo was in bathroom, but that is a small matter. Well worth the money, and a good stay.
