iffy! generally ok, but no soap, wash cloths, long hair on sheets from previous occupant.

late night reservation smart phone choice based on nearness - 6 miles. Turns out motel was 20-miles away! The night attendant did not get our reservation. they did give a provisional resvn until morning when they cleared things up.

It should be specified all the rules applied. There wasn't specified that housekeeping is not done daily.

Not too bad Wasn't that bad. Hotel checkin took awhile (only 1 person doing checkins), but the room was cheap, and the bed was decent enough, and a flat screen tv. Also a decent place to drink and eat next door (walkable) which was nice to have a few beers before heading to bed. It is more of a motel type feel than a hotel feel, but for the price, it was worth it.
