Decent hotel, good price Hotel employees and manager were out of sync, noticed some problems with slow service and squabbles between the two. Made it awkward.

Disappointed I am a frequent guest at this hotel for quite some time now. And recently the staff has changed and the customer service now is horrible. The fire alarm goes off the last three times I stayed. I complained about the ac leaking and mildew setting up in carpet, the next week they put me back in the room (leak fixed) carpet remained the same. I ran out of tissue. I complained. And not one time have I heard from anyone to apologize or compensate me for an uncomfortable stay. I feel a certain type of way about this.

Good value for the money Cleanliness was ok and the hotel staff was really nice. No five star room by any means but the amenities for the price was great.

Nice Hotel I had no ice. There was no ice trays in the room I had to ask for some. There is no ice maker either. I feel they should have some ice makers just in case the ice does not get made for the next person that gets that room. Or just in case you might want more ice then two trays Also coffee makers should be checked to make sure they work. Mind did not. I did report it. But know it's to late ,I am leaving. Lucky they did have coffee made by the office. Just cleaning is not always the answer. They also need to look aro... read more
