the bathroom needs some TLC, the hallways does not smell pleasant

AC was great, but there was a bed, and people yelling and screaming throughout the night. The floor was not properly cleaned, and the fridge hardly kept things cold.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. The hotel and adjacent area was pretty quiet. And there are restaurants nearby as well as the Interstate.
