The hotel is outdated and although it was what appeared clean there are a lot of stains on the carpet, the bed sheets/pillow cases, and countertop. One pillow didn’t have a pillow case so we didn’t end up using that pillow. It was ok for a night but I don’t think I will stay there again. The elevator was a bit scary; we feared we would get stuck. Needs maintenance for sure and some updates. Once that’s done, I’m sure it would be better. Staff were great. Several pets on site. Staff excellent. Bed great. Lots of lovely hot water!
It is a place on a budget. Rooms are so-so but not bad. Staff is very friendly, but it’s a property trying to improve. It’s close to several area attractions, particularly restaurants. Easy access to highways as well.
The extend day was very accessible to retail shopping and groceries were very safe and walkable
