nice looking hotel, but staff does not care took 30 minutes to check in to start with, plus another 30 minutes to get in the room when the keys did not work after having to call the after hours number. The room is clean and the hotel nice, but there is no shower curtain so the water goes all over the floor. seemed like the staff just did not care.

Sucks One of the attendants was rude and uncooperative. Room was not ready, towels were dirty, service was inexistent

Couldn't Did not like the bed, stove top, or toilet seat.
Rooms are only cleaned twice a month and we are required to clean our own rooms. Wash our own sheets. etc.

I do apologize that this may not have been communicated to you. Thanks again for your feedback as we do use all guest experiences as training tools.

Mi estancia fue regular. El check in 1:45 mas tarde de lo normal porque no estaba lista la habitacion. No tiene un lobby para esperar, wi-fi regular. Y para el check out nos estaban presionando demasiado para salir
Upon arriving it took 30 minutes before someone checked me into the hotel. There were no curtains, just mini blinds so as soon as the sun rises you have no choice but to get up. The floors were dirty, one thin blanket, no coffee pot, no utensils, no telephone book or something to write with. The toilet would flush itself whenever it wanted to.
