I didn’t understand why they don’t have an iron or a blow dryer I think that was crazy and it had an odor to it

Just no. They canceled my fully paid for reservation without notice on the same day as check-in due to other people requesting stays (as it was a busy weekend), and offered no sort of refund.

The room had a strong unpleasant odor that made us nauseous. The toilet ran all night and there were only two very flat pillows on the bed.
