Not a good place to stay - had to change hotels We had to change hotels. When we arrived, paid for the rooms and went to the rooms. The rooms were dirty, had roaches in them and terrible. We had to run around to get into another hotels and had to pay more money because it was last minute. Not a good experience.

No heat I had a bad experience. My heater didn't work so my baby caught a cold. They moved me to another room which also didn't have heat. The rude employees told me i had 20 mins to switch rooms because they were about to go home so the employees reiterated that i only had 20 mins because they were trying to go home after being rushed into another cold room i had to go spend more money i went across the street to Walmart and bought a heater so day 5 into my week stay no heat they lied to me telling me maintains will come fi... read more

Smoke hotel Maked a reservation for a non smoking room to only be told after driving 4 hours to the room, sorry at the counter all the rooms were gone so this is all you get. What's the point of reservations if your company can't stick to them. It's smells like one giant cigar and is not a heathly place for children to stay AT ALL!

Surprise - it's an extended stay! This is an extended stay hotel, which was not clear when I booked the room. Be prepared to have IDs scanned for anyone over 18yo, as they run background checks to make sure no offenders are staying there. Fortunately, we were only there for one short night. It was reasonably clean enough. But bring shampoo and a hair drier, if you need them. (We stayed there, because there were no other rooms at all in the area that night.)

Noisy and stinky room Not a good experience. Hotel room seemed to be clean, but had a terrible smell. Front desk staff never available. Price not right.

Never Stay there! Dirty, Bugs, shower dripped out of the shower head. Floors greasy feeling. Would never stay there again

Avoid at all costs Worst hotel EVER. Reserved 3 rooms for work crew. Dirty sheets with stains and hair, sticky floors in the bathroom, roaches and worst of all bed bugs. Obviously checked out early still waiting on GM to call a week later to remove cancelation fee from my credit card.

The hotel is presentable on the outside with plenty of parking. The front desk leaves a lot to be desired in terms of staffing availability. There is only one entrance to the hotel and the interior's odor is repugnant from the cooking in different rooms. During our one night stay, there were quite a few families that appeared to be living there. It is not a quiet place for sure, as other guests slam doors and talk loudly in the hallway. The Wifi is at an extra cost and so are towels if you require more than the two provided.... read more
