Horrible I have no words. It was the absolute worst stay I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Our room was so dirty I kept my shoes on the entire time. It smelled so bad. People yelled in the hallways and banged on the walls all night. Waited in the lobby, on the floor, for almost 30 minutes, to check in. Never in my life have I heard of a hotel that doesn’t have an over night desk attendant. Or chairs in their lobby.

Horrible & rude. Af General manager very rude ...no bathroom handle... Fleas and no safety latch on the room door

To be avoided. Cigarette-smoke filled hallway, permeated room. Roaches, mold, no lamps! Red hallway rug black with years of grime. Worst stay yet in a town full of bad hotels.

Not impressed I had such hopes for this place but was very disappointed. I prepaid for my room and when I arrived the front desk rep told me there was only smoking rooms left and asked if this was ok. Umm no. I prepaid and for a non smoking room. She clicked around and placed me in a non smoking room, awesome. I get to my room and the carpet clearly needed a vacuum. There was flakes of white stuff on the carpet. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at!!!! We would never stay there again the accommodations were awful we found several cockroaches in the room. The room had a terrible musty smell. at curbside when we arrived there were 3 men drinking and being unruly. In the middle of the night a drunk tried to break into our room. The rugs were dirty the so called stove was utterly disgusting, there was less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and NO REPLACEMENT roll. No staff on site to resupply us. Horrible place to stay. The place was dirty and run down. There were drunk people and people on drugs hanging around. It had bed bugs. I couldn't sleep.

We didn't stay in the hotel because they have roaches in the room. They were in the bathroom and the kitchen area.It was disgusting.

The rooms are absolutely horrible. Smelled like smoke and pot. Room was flooded and we left a day early. Didn't even get a reimbursement. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody. It's a pity their customer service is so nice for such a lousy hotel.

Blah Ladies at check-in were very nice. Room was not the cleanest. Floor/carpet was real dirty. Even the interior hallway was in need of a good vacuum. Walls between rooms were paper thin. I stayed multiple nights beside a family with a crying newborn. It was nightmarish. Lots of room for potential at this location, but my experience was just blah.
