Property and room were filthy, smelly, and dirty. Hallway smelled like urine and smoke. I immediately booked another hotel and left, I felt so dirty and unsafe.

The staff was helpful. Outside Doors constantly propped open and weird people coming and going. The room was very neglected and there was roaches.

Hotel room is run down, smelled funny, dirty towel found under a sink. Just not sanitary.

The room was dirty, the furniture in disrepair and I saw a roach

I have always selected Extended Stay. But just recently I asked for a refund of the unused portion of the reservation that was cancelled early, I have yet not received that refund. Nor an explanation why it has not been received.

2/10 … hated it, dirty & definitely had a smell through out the hotel. I purposely made sure i stayed out late to avoid being in the hotel any longer then I had to be. Please listen to the previous reviews. Avoid this hotel
