No toilet paper in the room, no soap, leaking shower head all night long and a dirty used soap at top of shower… One good thing, bed was comfortable.

The property was very smelly and the bathtub was dirty. Bedspreads had old spots and stains. Tv didnt turn on at all.

Horrible review! Our room had roaches, wasn’t swept or mopped, counters weren’t whipped clean, stove was dirty. Roaches were everywhere in the bathroom (toilet,tub,sink and floor) when we got the room our door was not shut nor locked. Fridge had roaches going through it even the freezer.

Todo estaba sucio con mal olor, con cucarachas. el servicio malísimo la habitación solo contaba con dos toallas, en la habitación se sentían muchos ruidos y golpes un experiencia horrible. Tienen mucho que mejorar.

We walked in last night and the lobby reeked of pot. As we preceded to the room the elevator was out of order which we were not informed. So we had to find a stairwell to go to the 3 floor. The hallways all smelled of pot. Piles of dirt everywhere. Broken/moldy equipment in the hallway. As well as dirty linens and none tending to them. Drywall dust and pieces on the floors . Filthy hotel I’m sorry to say but this is a very filthy and poorly maintained hotel. The rooms are filthy doesn’t look like they cleaned at all. There was roaches crawling around. The maintenance of the building is terrible elevators broken fire alarm went off when I tried to call front desk my room phone would not work. Had to get dressed and go see if we were safe. I have to go through all my luggage now to make sure I’m not taking any of these cockroaches home with me
