The stay was terrible! First, it took someone almost 15 minutes to show up to the front desk but he was nice and moved quickly to check-in. The room was terrible, floor was dirty, tub didn’t drain properly, someone covered fire alarm with a dirty cloth, small bugs popped on night three, but the linens were clean. The paint is chipping of the baseboards and fridge is peeling. I’ve stayed in an extended stay before and it was NOT like this at all.

Rediculous no room even tho we had a reservation Blamed it all on you guys we were not the only ones

Only positive I have is the staff was very friendly. Hands down the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Only reason we stayed is because everywhere else was booked. Over paid on Hotels.com 2 people in front of us had same room for $120 less a night.

This was the first and last time I book a room in this hotel. Expensive vs Dirty, very rude staff, no customer service, front desk close from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM! Hotel less than 1 Start! Outrageous Thanks Expedia for this Offer. Pedro Medina

Uninhabitable, Filthy, Fire Alarms going off, I called filed complaint with Hotel.com At 12:30 am Fire Alarm went off throughout Rooms, Halls, Outside etc.. for Approx 1 Hour. Chatted with your rep said would refund me since manager shut down office due to Fire n were NOT answering, ROOMS FILTHY & UNINHABITABLE MGR MOVED ME 2 times it got worse then Fire
The room was filthy. Dirty towels, sticky table and remote. No dishes or anything in the studio kitchen. The hallways smelled. The fire alarm went off at midnight. Check in took 40 minutes. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Please save your money.
This place may cure me of my "I can sleep anywhere for a couple nights" syndrome. Desk was not open for check in or check out, floor was sticky, TV remote was missing, and sheets were stained. Someone set off the fire alarm at midnight. The fire department took 20 minutes to arrive. Good thing it was a false alarm! Orbitz should really reconsider having places like this even listed.
