Never again! Horrible! First morning there 7 am there so called maintenance man in a plain stained up Tshirt and jeans no socks no shoes pounded on my door hands me a piece of paper and barges in before saying anything all this to complain there's no window stop on my window wel lets see you should have noticed before hand while the room was empty. The shower leaks continuously. The wifi is not free $20 a week if you don't pay extra you can't have your sheets changed or garbage bags. Complete joke!

Odd place Booked for 4 nights but only stayed one. Got in about 11pm and drove around the building twice because there is no lobby. Just a side door that is a hallway with a roll up metal door were you check in. There are no queen or king beds only full size. No shampoo, lotion, blow dryer, pen and paper. It's more like a cheaply furnished apt. It was clean and had a kitchen but no utensils or pans. No computer area, gym etc. if you are ok with an odd feel and zero frills, small bed with cheap bedding this place works. I dec... read more

Hotel not like a real extended stay Everything cost extra . They don't even provide new towels .

Horrible The room smelled so bad that my wife and I felt sick and had headaches the entire trip. Apparently all rooms are smoking and the smell will knock you down when you open the door. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all night. I did not feel safe leaving anything in my vehicle or walking to my car at night. Staff was friendly but everything else about this hotel was horrible.

HORRIBLE!! 1) I requested a non-smoking room, and they stated they didn't have any, and "I don't know why they let you choose." 2) They ran a background check without my approval. 3) they didn't have any extra pillows or blankets for my guests. 4) the manager or whomever was on staff told my guests "I better not see you around here tonight." Overall the worst hotel experience I've ever had

When we arrived, they could not find our reservation, and when they did, they did not even know if there was a room ready for us. We had requested a non-smoking room but they had no idea because, again, they could not find our reservation. When they found a room, it was "a non-smoking room on the smoking floor." Really? What was the point of asking for a non-smoking room if it was going to be on the smoking floor. Gross! The room was not bad apart from the fact that it was on the smoking floor.
