Disgusting stay for a family It was awful. You have to buy items for the kitchen that comes with nothing. The rooms are cleaned 2x a month, and if you want clean towels, there is a 10.00 fee for that. In the parking lot, there are used condoms and needles. Imagine my horror of this as my 2 yr old grandson went to pick up these items.

Don't waste your money The location and building were not inviting. The place from the outside looked to be "budget" and from the price they were charging, that was not what we were expecting. The "check in desk" was in a narrow room and was "budget". They only had "smoking rooms" available, Really?!?!?.....We did NOT check in and left. We went back to where there were more reputable hotels and ended up getting a room at a Holiday Inn Express FOR LESS than what this place was going to charge us......Save your money and go el... read more

Roaches in the room. The price was ridiculous and the staff was horrible. 139 for this room was highway rubbery. The pictures did not represent the room. We got 2 towels for 4 people.

Terrible experience, smoking smell Lady that appeared behind counter was pleasant, that's about it. Worst stay ever in a hotel, they told us they had to Do a S.offenders background check On adults because there were people that stay there with kids that live in the hotel! First I thought this was weird that hotels.com wouldn't disclose this and apparently they don't even tell customers usually, she was nice enough to inform us and do a copy of our drivers Licence ( which I'm not even sure that it is legal to do either). Horrible Horrible. Only 2 bath towels/ 2 wash clothes. No shampoo, no ice, no hair dryer, fee to access wi if. Roaches [ 3 ] in the room, slept with lights on to discourage returns.

Complete misrepresentation Waited in the lobby to check in for over 30 mins. When I got to the room it looked NOTHING like the photos posted... looks more like a basic dorm room than hotel.
