Booked non smoking but got smoking hotel obviously wasn't full
Sucks This hotel was horrible, front desk attendant was very rude

Poor Results from my experience Overall, the cost was too much for such a basic room with cheap beds. Felt more like a 1 star hotel, I thought it was listed as a 3 star, so let down, but it was only one night, so lesson learned - don't use this company again.

Leaves much to be desired... I was quite disappointed with this facility. Their phone system is glitchy and when I attempted to call the front desk to complain about the noise, I was connected with another room instead of the manager. The fire alarm went off momentarily at about 1130 at night and almost gave me a heart attack it was so loud. (wasn't a test, and wasn't a fire) I woke up the second day to a roach crawling up the wall above my head.

Good value don't forget the plug in The hotel was decent for the price whenever i needed to get fresh towels there was no one available the worker was always out smoking the room was clean but had a very bad smell like it needed to be aired out the halls smelled bad also like the carpet needed cleaning I bought airfreshner and plug ins to help with the smell for the price I could consider re visit due to its cost and location

It's a No Go Pictures can be deceiving. This place looked nice and I thought it would be a safe place to stay with myself and my nine-year-old son. It was indoor. We came in from out of town for a soccer tournament and were not aware of the neighborhoods in the area. We ended up in a really bad neighborhood and this was a weekly rental type establishment. I checked in but a roach checked out I am not happy with my hotel choice because I booked online for a smoke free room and only two rooms were available when I arrived and both were smoking rooms. The only room that was near acceptable had a dead roach on the counter. The location of the hotel was great through. The hotel still needs some TLC.

I won't even repeat the check-in procedure. The list of rules up to and including a background check. I couldn't stay one night. Still waiting on a refund. Which they refuse.
