Not the typical hotel! The quality of the hotel was not worth the savings. I will not book a room with this hotel chain again. One of the employees needs extra training on customer service. The other employees were very nice and helpful despite the limited front desk hours and lack of daily room service.
More of an apartment than a hotel First off I'll say the staff here was very VERY good. The gentleman who helped us at check-in was very sincere and apologetic because as soon as he saw me and my young daughter, he knew these were not the right accomodations for us. The room booked was NON-smoking and of course we got put in a smoking room. The room itself wasn't bad but the entire floor outside the room smelled like an ashtray.
