Bad Service Old , basic , bad service, not clean

WONT BE BACK 1st they state that there is someone always there after hours. I get there have to call 3x on the phone ext 500 just to get someone to ask me all the questions about my reservation and couldnt find it at first. Then he states he has to call the person. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. the guy at the counter was nice

Convenient store next door Found bed bugs, roaches, and lady bugs they're all gross

Not a healthy place to stay we did not care for the roaches in the room would not stay at this hotel again mgt should inspect this facility and bring it up to a decent living std
Very Uncomfortable There was number roaches each day, which made our stay uncomfortable. Also we were awoken middle of the night by knocking on our hotel door, by a female saying her shoes were left in our room from the night before, which I answered that they should be in the lost/found, not still in our room. Since rooms are cleaned prior to each stay? She started swearing and said her name & still demanded her shoes?? When we arrived there was no on at the service desk. I had to call 3 times before I reached a representative elsewhere who then called the onsite person and then had to wait another 7 minutes. Then in the room there was tiny roach on the phone and another bigger one in the bathroom. The bed was smaller than a regular full size and it felt as if we would fall off.
Roach Motel This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The hotel (and the room) smelled like smoke and me and my kids killed close to 10 roaches. We arrived after midnight and there was nobody at the reception (not a big deal at all, I understand why they have the system they have). We called a number from the reception phone and a gentleman came over to check us in.
