The stay was OK. The bed is pretty uncomfortable
Inconvienced The lady at the front desk was nice and doing her best to check us in. Unfortunately, they were short staffed and our rooms were not ready. Linens were not on bed and no towels in the rooms. And after a few hours I checked in and still no towels in the room. I did like the price of the room, We got them last minute so the rooms were good enough to sleep in for a day.
Did not realize this was an extended stay and did not bring a hairdryer. Overall happy with everything else.
Good place to stay for a night
Sweet and Salty There are 2 staff members named Anna and Belinda who worked the front desk, but at times I would see them cleaning the halls/stairs, multi-tasking answering the phones with a lobby full of people. They are 2 of the sweetest, nicest and kindest women I have ever met in my travels. They made my stay very relaxing and comfortable. BUT there's a housekeeper by the name of Lisa who in my opinion is very rude and unprofessional. I was walking back to my room and she was in the hall way on her phone cleaning a room.... read more
