Just a smile and a kind word Some of the staff should improve their interpersonal skills. One person was pleasant. would have been nice to have San iron in the room as well as linen for pull-out. Would stay again if nothing else is available. Customer service means a lot

I did not like that you could not contact housekeeping after hours to request additional pillows or towels. They only left 3 pillows and two towels for two adults.
