Property poorly maintained, room dirty. Water pressure horrible, and water never above look warm. Carpets dirty.

This room stinks, mold in bathroom, needs to be painted. The light fixtures are all rusted as is the refrigerator exterior. This property needs a major renovation, very deceiving from the exterior.
