Aire acondicionado defectuoso, las máquinas de soda se encuentran en el cuarto de lavado.

Checked in was ok. I had to wait 2 hours to check in bc system will charge me extra to check in earlier than 2PM. Over the phone I had explained to a lady at Extended that I was driving from Boston to Tampa and I would appreciate it if I could check in early due to the long drive. System doesn't allow it. The bathtub looked like someone spilled nail paint in it. I though it was blood but thank God it wasnt. There was no pots, pans or any silverware in my room. I had to ask for them and thte night clerk told me there was none... read more

The room was dirty and smelled of dirty socks, rude and unfriendly staff. Even the vending machine was out of bottled water!... Not coming back.

The room was adequate for the price but when we walked in it had a smell that I thought was disinfectant it was overpowering we were only going to stay for a few hours I thought maybe I could get used to it after 2 hours I had to wake up my wife and tell her we have to go I think I'm getting sick my skin was burning and I felt like I needed to throw up I actually thought about calling the fire department we were only there two hours I asked for a refund because the room was unacceptable I found out from another tenant but th... read more

Check in was terrible to say the least. There computers were downso we were unable to check in. That was just the start to mybad experience yo many to mention so i will leaveyou withthis, if at all possible stay somewhere else if you want a enjoyable trip.
