I liked the fact that there are kitchens in the rooms. But there were roaches all over the room. It was disgusting and just made everything unpleasant.

Left my 7 year old son and I in the parking lot at 1:30 am without a room even though I called 3 times to let them know we were a late arrival. The hotel staff is not properly trained

Do not stay here unless they remodel Rusted refrigerator and microwave. Stained carpet and mold in bathroom

We were treated HORRIBLY, told to wait once we got their because their computers were updating, then were told they had NO ROOMS, (our confirmation was GUARANTEED for late arrival, were mocked as she was talking on another phone to a “General manager” and was also told that they had no room for us the next day either. We are now fighting YOU GUYS to get s full refund.

The non smoking room reeked of smoke. When e called down the young woman at the desk stated that they were full and aside from making a note about it, could not do anything. Never once was there an offer to speak to a manager, or maybe offer a solution to have maintenance come in and try to clear it up. Nothing. Please don't stay here. Please don't stay at this hotel, find something else. I woke up so sick and soaking wet bc the mold and mildew coming from the carpet and the AC. No hot water, rust everywhere, bugs the floor was nasty, bed was awful. Staff is very rude and unhelpful at check in and when I checked out and told them about the room - they knew how bad the room was but refuse to clean and service it. Please spend the $15 to $20 more it makes up the difference in the medicine you'll have to spend and misery.

Avoid (if you can) This was one of the saddest hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was dirty, the appliances were old, the bathroom was disgusting (someone else’s hair in the bathtub and grime everywhere)...Not worth saving the extra $20 bucks - stay somewhere that doesn’t stain your luggage when you put it on the floor.
