Bed was uncomfortable, few tv channels, ROACHES, no ice machine, no elevator
Heroine addicts and drunks were hanging out in the parking lot. One wanted to fight me and cops had to be called. Stayed because of not being so late.
There were roaches and the bed was stained. Staff acknowledged the issues and refunded the rest of our stay when we left.
Don’t sell lie to customers I can’t stay that night, they stole my money, I’m very desapointed with the service.
Loved the kitchenette. Hated the sticky Floor, Bugs (Including cockroaches) slow (but free) internet. Most of all I hated the once-a-week cleaning unless you pay extra. Expedia needs to advertise the cost increase for internet & daily room cleaning
The room had a musty smell. There was s roach in my room the last hour .
