I have tried contacting the hotel in regards to a refund. I have stayed at many Extended Stays and this location is not their finest!! Rust on all appliances, I had to kill a roach on my nightstand, and there was a pizza box from the previous guest left in our fridge. Still waiting for a response from the hotel manager and nothing. Would not recommend!!!!!

I booked the accommodation as a last minute rescue for my friend and her kids who missed the check-in at Inn Town suites. What a terrible experience. There was vomit on the night stand, the children actually saw it first. There were roaches in the bathroom! It was a waste of good money.

No hot water!

Nice location close to shopping centers I stayed two weeks in this hotel I found trash under the beds and dog feces in the room I put in a complaint about the dog feces and trash no one never responded or came to see what the problem was had to clean dog feces myself

This is an old hotel in need of renovation. It is not the typical extend stay. "Breakfast" was coffee, individual wrapped muffins, granola bars, and hot water for instant oatmeal. No coffee pot in the room. I called for one and they did bring it. However, the water chamber was very dirty. Also, it is in the style of a motel. All rooms have outside entrances.

I don’t recommend this location. The room smelled of either stale cigarettes or mildew. After a couple of days we started seeing roaches in the bathroom. It was in need of some serious updates. I was very disappointed and I will not select this type of hotel in the future.

I killed about 15 roaches in my room. Every day my key would not let me in my room and I was in the farthest building from reception. I was staying there for back surgery so I couldn’t walk to reception every day, so I would call someone to go for me while standing outside my door crying in pain because I needed to lay down.. the internet constantly disconnects you.. very bad experience
