Satistied Very clean place. Only there was a couple of baby roaches in the place but overall our stay at this hotel was pleasant.

My experience at Extended stay hotel, was beyond my expectations. The Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Tampa Florida.

Great value for the price Best thing--was quiet!! Was a bit worried about possible noise after surveying the people that appeared to be there long term, but had no issues. Room was nice, updated, but unfinished. No trim around base of tub, etc after they installed laminate flooring. Also was a large "dip" in bathroom floor, old rot not repaired perhaps?
