Good Place to stay in Brandon We have stayed here a few times and it's always clean and well maintained. This is an extended stay with kitchenette (Stove, frig, eat-in counter) but doesn't have some of the perks at a traditional hotel. They have smoking rooms for those who still smoke and the the location is great right near the highway and lots of shopping, dining,and a movie theater just a short walk away.

Great place and affordable place I was there for my sister funeral and it was great to have a comfortable place to stay

This is an older property, but has been well-maintained and is clean. The room was as advertised. The price was great for the area. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basically coffee and a breakfast bar, muffin, or instant oatmeal. There was no real place to sit down, which is fine for me as I just usually grab and go anyway. I'd stay there again. In fact, with the kitchenette, I'd consider staying there for a week.

so many roaches There were so many roaches! The room smelled musky. The sheets were rough and made my skin itchy. The bathroom was rusted and broken down. The kitchen was dirty with dirt particles everywhere. When I had my friends over, the stove was so rusty, we didn’t feel comfortable cooking.
