I liked the convivence of the location. It was near many options for dining and services. Easy to get to and the staff was very polite, professional and listened very well to all questions asked. I rode the elevator on the property and it was fairly hot (not sure why). It would be nice to have instructions on how to switch the settings on the television. I asked the young lady at the desk when checking out the issue I had and she explained there is a switch on the set that changes some of the settings on it. It could be adde... read more

Excellent atmosphere
Deborah the Property Manager is a breath of fresh air. We’ve been guests here at the Tampa/Brandon Property for several nights and Deborah always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is a great one. Her front desk staff definitely takes after her.
