Everyone wàs helpful and it was close to everything! Had no problems here!
Woooow Got stuck on elevator. Enough said. Other than that it is what it is. Not perfect but it works

The front desk clerk was very nice & was staying calm while she was getting yelled at from at least 3 people. I did have to wait a bit to check-in because of other angry customers. Issues: The entire lobby smelled like marijuana, so did the parking lot. The elevator was not working and we were put on the 4th floor. That meant walking up 4 flights with our bags, etc. My husband and I both have terrible knees, it was pretty bad. The floor in the room was sticky, it was gross.
