Roaches everywhere When I was checking out the employees were really rude Smell was awful

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.
I like that they have hardwood flooring. The units were well put together, very compact.

Went to check in around 9:15 no one was there so I called and was sent to voicemail. When my fiancé was taking the keys down at 7am to check out the front was still closed after he waited for 25 mins so he took the keys back to the room and just left.

Adequate for one night but needs a deep clean We encountered two front desk employees during our stay. The first was not friendly and seemed overwhelmed and unhappy to be there. The second was pleasant enough. We did not feel that our sheets and pillow cases were as clean as they could have been. The type of fabric lends itself to hair sticking on it even if it is put through the laundry - so I had to pick off quite a few hairs from other people.
