His hotel is really more of a short term living facility. And no judgment! I’m glad people have an affordable place to go buy, there was no room service, you take out your own trash, pest control wouldn’t stop bothering me while I was showering, there was no coffee machine in room and I very floor smelled different and not in a good way.

Stay was good - hotel didn't feel safe for my wife with all of the long-term/permanent residents.
