Bugs in the room and was given the key to a room that was already occupied upon check in. Dirty rags on top of closet clothing hanging area. Almost asked for refund and left. Front desk gentlemen was nice but very aloof.

Rooms needs to be sprayed for insects & roach but other than that it’s a very nice place.

Very nice building on the outside. Room was not supplied well with towels /toiletries. Sink was barely draining, walls were bare, bed skirt had stains. We were placed on 1st floor. Listening to pounding and banging from room above nonstop. Would not stay here again, you get what you pay for.

We allow our guests to customize their experience and only pay for the items they wish to use so that we can keep our rates low and affordable. Everything was good until I saw one big roach, two spiders, and three other bugs. And you have to pay them $13 just for Wi-Fi that you need $6 to get better Wi-Fi.

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. Like the place, new and comfortable Clean and new place. Only downside was the smell on the second floor. Cigarette smell way too strong

Amazing and kind hearted staff. The hotel itself, rooms and parking lot was very clean. No disturbances and was also 15 minutes from downtown area and 30 mins from Westfield Mall
