Chris Scott Left for the day and returned, I was told that they only clean rooms after seven days of stay... I was like REALLY!!! EVERY WHERE I'VE EVER STAYED CLEANED ROOMS DAILY AND PROVIDED FRESH TOWELS. I HAD TO BRING DIRTY TOWELS TO FRONT DESK MYSELF TO TRADE FOR NEW TOWELS. ALSO WORKING ON ROOF, NAILS IN PARKING LOT. EXTENDED STAY WAS MY LAST STAY

It stinks! From the moment we walked in the front door the smell of smoke was overpowering. Once we got to our room on the 3rd floor one of our neighbors was having fried fish for dinner. While the room appeared clean, the stale, smoky, fishy air made our stay unpleasant. Based on this visit we changed our reservations in May to a neighboring hotel.

DISAPPOINTED THE TOILET WAS LEAKING AND NO ONE WAS AVAILBLE TO HELP STOP THE LEAKING

Below average - will not return The room was clean enough but felt institutional and really not very comfortable or well appointed. Hallways smelled strongly of cigarette and cigar smoke. All in all not a great stay. Unless this was a one-off experience, I will not use Extended Stay America again.

You get what you pay for Hmm....dogs barking, babies crying, and neighbor's cigarette smoke all intruding in my room. Sticky crud on the cabinets, leaky and loud a/c, baby roaches in drawers, and a TV that is so low you can't see it while lying in bed. But hey...it was cheap!

NON CARING EMPLOYEE Room as always clean and tidy every thing such as towels etc. in their place.. The employee on the front desk at the time of my check in and for a few hours there after was an extremely poor representative of EXTENDED STAY. She was SHORT, borderline discourteous, not attentive to the needs of the hotels guests.. I asked if there was any coffee, response was simply 'NO COFFEE'.. not even the offer of one of the coffee pots she had in the back that my queen room with a kitchen could have had in it.. Horrible front desk Had to wait an hour locked outside hotel because no one was at front desk. Then was greeted with a lady that gave us so much attitude blaming me for calling a manager and getting her in trouble for making me wait for her. Do not recommend.

looked nice online but.... When we checked in it seemed like it was going to be a nice experience. The lobby was clean and the girl in the front was very nice. so we entered the elevator to go up to our room and once the elevator doors opened on our floor it hit us. It smelled like a tobacco factory, but not like fresh tobacco leaves, more like an ashtray. It smelled like an old ronchy house. at least in our room we didnt smell any of that thank god. so once we settled in we realized all the dog barking. there must have been... read more

Extend a Stay?.. Thankfully only 4 hours! one of the worst night's sleep I've ever had. the bed was below even a basic "standard" the room was extremely small and uncomfortable. the closet was a open, exposed cutout in the wall. I could go on..... will never stay at this brand again!
