Wouldn't recommend staying here Checked in and sent up to 3rd floor. First step off the elevator and we were hit with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Verified that I had checked in to a nonsmoking room...for sure I had. Was not aware of the fact that smoking was allowed on half of the floor obviously causing the whole floor to smell. Good location & clean, but needs upgrade. Having a kitchenette is nice, especially with the fridge & freezer, but w/o any pans, plates or silverware, it's not very helpful. And, no ice maker on the premises which was an inconvenience. Room was clean, but the bed should be replaced and the room, especially the bathroom, needs to be updated. The Extended Stay America was disgusting. It was dirty, unsafe. Way overpriced for the condition of the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. The only positive thing about this hotel was leaving.

Poor staff and I was lock out the hotel for 15 minutes because the staff member wasn't present and my hotel key did not work to let me in

Outskirts of Tampa No one at desk half the time. Carpet in room dirty. Shower curtain rod broken. Toilet plugged...twice. Elevator made scary thud. Breakfast a joke.

Awful hotel The hotel was awful. Rooms smelled, no hot water and the staff was rude. We even had to bring our own dirty towels down to get new ones. The beds were uncomfortable, and the blankets were not warm. Our room was not cleaned or restocked even though we stayed 2 nights. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Wouldn't recommended Check in girl had no personality/ rude. Yea we booked a 2 double bed room..but wow the beds we're little, compared to 2 Queens in last hotel the night before. Beds we're rock hard, and short sheeted. No blow dryer in room. No ice on premises.I told the desk girl (with zero personality) I've never stayed anywhere that didn't have .her response was extended stay has never had ice.and that there are ice trays in the room freezer. We were checking out.so it did me no good.
