Had to check out early due to someone smoking pot in a room stinking up the whole hall. Hope to get refund for one night.
BAD Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! This is a smoking Hotel that smells like smoke everywhere.
Exrended Stay Sucks Dreadful!!! We were scheduled for three days but due to the fact the hotel is a dump we checked out the next day!!!
Beware of service When we check in I ask lady front desk if I could have extra pillow she said there's no more pillows I look in the back and saw they had extras she said she couldn't give them out.. I ask for late check out at 7:00 she stated that management told her no more checkouts too many request
A true dump I have traveled for almost 50 years all over the world. This is the worst experience I have ever had from the time we arrived until we left. There is no cleaning of rooms or clean towels provided unless you exchange the towels at the front desk. The girl behind the desk was filthy looking. The room was mediocre at best. Not so nice.i First hotel in US with no Poil on it. Even is a Extended Stay, there was not silverware, neither Hair Dryer in the Room I realize that price on front desk was around 89.00, while you guys charge me 104.00. Good deal for you, ah
Very unhappy I was very unhappy about my stay here because even though the rate was not bad this hotel does not provide housekeeping on a daily basis, only at check out or once a week. We had to take our dirty towels and bed sheets to reception to obtain new ones. Also you can hear when the rooms around you are using the toilet or shower and that was very annoying. Also the "breakfast" that they say is included is not really a breakfast. The staff was friendly but other than that i did not like this hotel at all.
