The hotel room had lots of stains in the carpet and a horrible smell. The air conditioner was loud and not very cold. The appliances are outdated. Service was very very slow and I'm sure the workers brought their kids to work, which gave a very unprofessional appeal.

Rented 2 rooms. 1 room had bugs that were biting us, we were moved to another room where the air conditioning was giving problems. The second room the toilet was not flushing properly and the toilet door was not closing properly. It was an inconvenience to move all our stuff out of the second room as we had done all our shopping and had tons of bags and stuff to move. I have stayed in this brand of hotel in Miami and was always extremely pleased but in Tampa was most disappointed.

There is no room service for stay less than seven nights which I found to be weird. It is a cheap hotel and you will get cheap service.

Nice But... You need a pool and fun activities for the kids and adults to do. Even a breakfast bar .

Bad Hotel not even close to usf They claim the internet was free, and next to wifi free they put extended for which i was charger 29.98$, which is a ripe off since it was not Even fast or working correctly.

Worst Experience Ever This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. First off, it was night time, but I caught a sense that that neighborhood was sketchy. Upon check in, I noticed the lobby smelled like smoke, which could have been from someone smoking outside. The front desk person gave me my room key (which was of course 5 feet from the lobby) and I proceeded to my room, opened the door and it was full of luggage and garbage like a homeless person was staying in there. not reccomended Dirty room, unfriendly staff. We needed to request for a cafe machine and the gave us a dirty one. I would mot stay there, i canceleded my reservation in advance and went to another hotel.
