Paid the daily rate and got no maid service. Rooms have no dishes coffee makers or silverware in them. You have to go to the desk and ask for basic in room items. I have stayed at a lot of this brand and this is the only one that has done this.

The Continental breakfast is not very kid friendly, no juice or milk just coffee and hot chocolate. 😕
