Not good at all The women who checked us in and out of the hotel were very short and almost rude. The hotel itself has the bare essentials. There is no full length mirror which you wouldn't think you'd miss, but you do, and the bed was uncomfortable. It almost felt being in a run down apartment.

家族で遊びに行き長期滞在するのであればいいホテル 出張で使いました。（よく使うホテルが満室だったので）　　値段相応です。 いいところ：部屋は日本のホテルに比較するとびっくりするほど広い。冷蔵庫、シンク、電磁調理器、電子レンジが揃っていて、それなりには清潔でした。　机、椅子はそれぞれ2つあり、加えてクッションつきのゆったりとした椅子がありました。　海外のホテルは暗めのところが多く、出張の際部屋で事務仕事をするのに不便ですがそれはありませんでした。WiFiは、使い放題です。 ちょっと？のところ：予約の際、ルームメーキングが週に1回というのを見落としていたのが悪いのですが、ごみはたまるし、洗い立てのタオルはなくなるしちょっと参りました。 レセプションに汚れたタオルを持っていけば換えてくれます、レセプションで確認してわかりました。　多分、ゴミ箱がいっぱいになったときにはそれを言えば空にしてくれるのでしょうが、確認していません。 WiFiは使い放題ですが、ちょっとのろい。24時間ごとに登録しなおします。 予約の際、朝食はコンチネンタル　と書いてありました。確かに食べさせてもらえましたが、コーヒーとお湯のポット、袋に小分けされたオートミール、菓子パン類2... read more

Dissapointed I was very disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. After waiting for a few minutes, i had to call and ask someone to come and assist me. The same happened when I wanted to check out. The front desk staff took their time in assisting me. Very poor hospitality and poor conditioned rooms.

Hotel staff was abominable and very difficult and Terrible experience, no supplies, no sleep, nonworking keys. A miserable hotel. We would never stay at an extended stay hotel again

Not a continental breakfast What Extended Stay calls a continental breakfast consisted of granola bar, small muffin, instant oatmeal and coffee. There was no fruit or fruit juice, no milk for the instant cereal and nothing but a coffee cup to put the packet of cereal in. The next day in Baltimore we got a great breakfast and the room was larger, cleaner and cost $2.00 less.

Very strong soy sauce smell. No Bathtub only shower. The toilet rock back and forth when you sit on it.

Whole Floor smelled terrible. Housekeeping didn't come once the entire trip. Stayed 3 nights.

Don't stay here Bed bugs, Blood stains on sheets, Crackheads outside. We ended up sleeping in our car. I will never us Expedia again. Booked 2 nights and only got refund for 1.
