This is the worse hotel. My mother was bit by bedbugs and her forehead and hand is swollen.

Not quite as advertised The Expedia reservation did not appear in the Extended Stay computer system. The desk clerk, upon finding the reservation in the Expedia-Extended Stay connection, could not figure out how to check me in. I stood for 1/2 an hour, at night, waiting for the desk agent to figure out how to check me in. Eventually, she gave me a key and said that her manager would figure it out in the morning; she honored the Expedia rate. OK Hotel For A Low Price This was an adequate hotel for a low budget price under $75/night - nothing special - a basic clean room but carpet had a musty smell. Bring your own toiletries as they provide minimal bath extras just soap and shampoo. Free breakfast was minimal at best you can only grab a muffin and bad coffee. The long term stay hotel guests living at this location walk around the halls in bath robes and appeared low class.

disgusting hotel and appalling customer service I DIDN'T EVEN STAY. I stayed here two weeks prior to my reservation for one night because hotels.com booked my rooms for two weeks after I needed them. Kept my reservation because I knew I'd be in town the following weekend (this time a week earlier than what hotel.com booked me for). I'd already paid for 3 nights in full. Low grade hotel. Towels were thread bare. Rooms were cleaned once a week. Kitchen utensils had to be asked for and then delivered in plastic bin which was to be returned. Towels changed only if brought down to front desk.

the worst hotel experience I ever had in the US Stayed at this hotel with my wife during our trip to the French Embassy in DC. The hotel condition is so-so, a bit old, and there is a strange smell in the hallway. I don't care much since it is just one night rest. However, there is no hair-dryer, and you need to request for kitchenette such as coffee maker from the front desk in you want to use them (very inconvenient), and the coffee maker I got is a little dirty.
