WIFI The wifi experience was terrible. There was no wifi and I was on the phone with the contract provider twice for at least an hour and half total, that should not be my responsibility. This was a very uncomfortable stay with no wifi

Disappointing No cups or coffee maker in room, no ice machine, “breakfast” is granola bars and bad coffee. Halls of hotel smell bad. No pool even though one was advertised on Expedia. No maid service. Will not stay there again or at any extended stay america hotel again.

Years ago, we had enjoyed a long-term stay in another Extended Stay, and so we figured one night would be a reliable choice for our short trip. We loved everything about the hotel except the MAJOR deal-breaker: the toilets. I've seen the water-saving models before, but theirs is TERRIBLE. In our first room, it kept clogging with minimal toilet paper. We had to let it drain for an hour before we would dare try to flush it again. This went on for three hours. Don’t recommend The whole hallway of two of the three levels smelled like weed. It smelled so terrible and the the layout of the rooms are bad. You can hear every footstep of the people above you. Had to be moved because the room had shower with no hot water. The room had a funky smell(second room) . Overall I wouldn’t recommend hotel 420 with no hot water.

Extended disgust 2 minutes in the room and two cockroaches. The breakfast is oatmeal and granola bars; half the time didn’t put out hot water for oatmeal.

SMOKEY! I was in this area for a soccer tournament. The hotel is rural but near restaurants and shopping. There were reviews about the smell and they were absolutely right! The smell of cigarette smoke is awful! At night it seems to emanate into the room. This is clearly NOT a non smoking hotel. The continental breakfast is coffee and a pre packaged muffin. No juice for children. The room size is good and the small kitchenette is a plus but the smell makes this a bust! Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Really bad My first experience with Extended Stays on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 has also been the last one. Upon my arrival after the official check-in time of 3 p.m., my room was not available. I was told at the front desk that the cleaning lady needed some few more minutes. Those few more minutes turned into several ones as the room wasn't available until 4 p.m. By that time, my roommates and I were already late for an event we had that afternoon and for which we had traveled from NJ. Not prepared First of all the guy at the front desk couldn't find our reservation. Then he tried to give me a different price than what Expedia quoted me. Then there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room or a laundry bag. He said they ran out of shampoo and I would have to go to Walmart down the street( after I had just driven 3 hours) . They were not prepared.
