It was a short but very relaxing stay. It was just a one night reservation and yet the front desk was kind enough to let me check-in early and also allowed me to have a late check-out at noon. Overall, room was clean even though it wasn't supplied with kitchen items but no harm as it was just one night.

Bussiness It was okay staff need to be nicer. They need to know how to treat a customer so that they can come back.
Nice room. Good price. Uncomfortable bed... Pros- The price. Room they gave me was an end unit with windows on two sides, which was very nice. Room was clean. Cons- bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable (bed was hard as a rock and I even like a firm mattress). Could hear people upstairs walking, toilets flushing, etc. I only stayed for one night, so it didn't bother me, but the room didn't come stocked with anything for the kitchen. Not what I expected I have stayed at other ESA, in many other states. This was the first time I had to request and wait to be delivered kitchen items(cups,silverware,pots...) Thought that was the purpose of booking at this type of hotel...??? I will say the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. On the day we were checking out; the cleaning lady opens the door while we were still sleep..and why did the front desk call at 10 am to remind us of a 11am checkout..huh? Really? here for sleep Came in late to crash for a little while during an athletic event. Service was decent. Beds were comfy enough. No in room coffee :( and there was a large bug in our room.
