Do not stay here Thanks to hotels.com I was able to get a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE PEOPLE. I got a room that housekeeping did not clean; the bed and dirty towels were still in the room. Room 168 smelled like a locker room. The guy at the front said it was the only room available. Thank you hotels.com for getting my refund!

Room smelled of old socks I paid significantly less to stay at this place but I really should have just paid more and stayed at the Fairfield Inn across the street. The room smelled really bad - like old socks. Speaking to someone else staying in the hotel they said their room smelled like that too. It's not a very comfortable room for an extended stay. The pillows are awful, the towels are old and scratchy, the room was relatively tiny and banged up, there was no desk - just a small kitchen counter that doubles as a desk. B... read more

The fire alarm went off arount 11 pm for about 30 minutes. I waited for 5 minutes and no maintenance guys showed up. I had to walk to my car in the rain and sit in the car because the noise was too irritating. There were two drunk guys kicking the door of the unoccupied room next to mine thinking it is occupied by somebody and probably te one causing the alarm (smoke). They were kicking the door till midnight. It was too disturbing.

dirty but cheap I personally had to wipe down wall in bathroom, and all counters and cabinets, after a couple of days I notice something under the air conditioner on the floor, I had seen strange burns in the carpet, (Like had been burnt by a hot tube), the thing under the AC unit turned out to be a CRACK PIPE. I immediately put in the trash and took the trash to the dumpster. Other than right price, I would never stay at this hotel again.

Stay by necessity, not by choice. This place really caters to small families who are staying in the DC area or transiting. The other obvious population were construction workers.
